The two brothers and players of the
Palestinian national triathlon team Abdullah and Ali Abu Shabab won the first
and second places in the first local championship competitions in the emirate
of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates, which was held on Sunday
evening, with the participation of nearly 100 players.
The two competitors, Abu Shabab,
participated in the "Sprint Triathlon" race, which included (750m
swimming, 20km cycling, and 5km running), during which they set new records.
The tournament also witnessed a
great turnout from fans of the game, which gave it strong competition among its
participants.
It is noteworthy that Abdullah won
the second place (the silver medal), in the Elite Champions category, in the
West Asian Championship competitions organized by the Saudi Federation last
year 2022.
