UNRWA announced that the student
Ahmed Al-Jedili, who is studying in the first grade at the UNRWA-affiliated
Bahrain Primary School in the Gaza Strip, won first place in the “We Read to
Advance” competition, a competition organized by UNRWA with the participation
of 15 schools aimed at encouraging students to read and read.
For its part, UNRWA said in a
publication, "We at UNRWA are proud and appreciative of the successive
achievements of our students, which reflect the great efforts we are making in
improving the quality of education, developing curricula, and training teachers
to achieve the highest levels of achievement and excellence."
On this occasion, we call on all our
students and teachers to persevere and work hard to achieve success and
excellence in all fields, and we affirm our constant commitment to providing
educational opportunities for Palestinian refugee children, and supporting them
in their educational journey.
