Information

The young Gazan woman, Jumana Al-Najjar, made the path of glory with her will and determination to succeed in her own project, despite the obstacles she faced during her practical journey in the production of vegetable oils that are up to competing with international products of high quality.

Natural oils are an essential element in skin care, in addition to nourishing and moisturizing them, because they contain fatty acids and antioxidants in their composition.

Regarding the start of the Al-Najjar project, she told Palestine Today News Agency: “I once bought oil products from the market for treatment, while they did not give me any improvement or change in solving the problem, which prompted me to venture and embark on a journey about the mechanism of extracting oils from natural seeds.

Many attempts by the ambitious young woman, Jumana, after reading, reading and exploring closely, to reach the highest quality of 100% natural vegetable oil production, so that coconut oil was her first therapeutic product, and she succeeded in adding therapeutic touches and achieved a good profit rate, and was highly appreciated by her customers.

Al-Najjar majored in “laboratory medicine” at the university, which helped her a lot in her field of work in the oil industry, as she expanded the production of new varieties of seeds from natural plants, especially after importing a special device for extracting and extracting oils, which contributed to saving time and effort and producing high-quality oils .

The young woman, Jumana, was able to manufacture soap consisting of natural materials, and extract all kinds of oils for all seeds available at the local level, including: (sesame, mint and castor oil, almond oil, sage basil oil, and geranium oil, which works to improve skin freshness and wrinkles, in addition to olive oil. Jojoba, which is known for its high price, Roman chamomile oil, and distillate essential oils).

She says, "One time, one of my clients traveled to an Arab country with a product from the oils he produced, and a relative of hers tried it, and got positive results compared to the products she used previously," while she hopes that conditions in the Gaza Strip will improve so that she can export her products abroad.

Through her Facebook page, Al-Najjar displays her products under the name "Jumana Natural Oils", through which she answers customers' questions and inquiries about prices and benefits, and also provides solutions to their problems that they suffer from, especially in the care of the face, skin and hair.

Al-Najjar hopes that the import of plants and seeds that do not exist in the Gaza Strip will be allowed, while she hopes that her project will be adopted by governmental or private institutions to develop it and become a factory at the local and Arab levels, especially as it competes in quality with international products.

The Gaza Strip suffers from catastrophic conditions affecting all aspects of economic life, in addition to the blockade imposed on the Strip for more than 13 years, causing an increase in poverty and unemployment, which reached 52% of the total graduates, with 68% for females compared to 35% for males.
