Palestinian chemical engineering student, Aya Shaheen, won two awards at the annual conference of chemical engineers organized by the International Society of Chemical Engineers in Orlando, USA.
Hanaa Bani Odeh, a Palestinian engineer, presented a scientific paper entitled "Competitive Absorption and Photodegradation of Anionic Dyes Compounds such as Alizarin and Bromocresol Green Using Titanium Oxide Nanoparticles."
The two engineers represented Palestine at the conference, which is considered an annual educational meeting for chemical engineering students and those interested in creativity, professional development and experts in the industrial field, in order to exchange experiences and discuss developments and the latest international research and technology in the field of chemical engineering.
