Palestine won second place in the fourth session of the Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak International Holy Quran Competition in Dubai, with the participation of 68 countries from around the world, through the superiority of the book of God Almighty Aseel Ali Muhammad Abu Salah.
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs, Hussam Abu Al-Rub, stated that the ministry, represented by the General Administration of the Holy Qur’an, plays a prominent and important role in preparing a generation of distinguished Palestinian youth armed with the Holy Qur’an, and capable of competing and winning in all their participations at the local and international levels.
Abu Al-Rub dedicated this victory to the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, to the Prime Minister, the Minister of Awqaf Muhammad Shtayyeh, and to our stationed Palestinian people, stressing that the Ministry pays great attention to the centers for memorizing the Holy Qur’an, based on the Ministry’s keenness to create a generation that memorizes the Holy Qur’an and works with it.
In turn, the Assistant Undersecretary for the Memorization of the Noble Qur’an, Atef Saleh, confirmed that this victory is added to the series of successes achieved by the Ministry, which has previously won many ranks.
