The Palestinian officer, Muhammad Attiwi, graduated from the British Royal College of Strategic Studies, known as RCDC, which is considered one of the most prestigious colleges in the world in the field of preparing strategic leaders.
With this graduation, Atiwi is considered the first officer to win the seat, as he spent his year in London.
This participation is considered a recognition of Palestine as one of the participating countries.
It is noteworthy that the college was established in 1923 by a decision from Churchill at the time and was dedicated in its beginnings to training American officers.
