The Palestinian student Tala Bilal Shubita, from Qalqilya Governorate in the occupied West Bank, was crowned first place in the rhetoric, classical speaking, and poetic recitation competition at the Palestinian level.

Student Tala Shubita won first place at the national level in the art of public speaking after she won the public speaking competition at the level of the Qalqilya District, and qualified to compete at the national level. She will represent Palestine in the public speaking competition at the level of the Arab world.

The Palestinian student, Tariq Jumaa, won first place in the Arab world in the art of public speaking for the year 2017, and the student Sarah Hassan won third place in the Arab world in the art of public speaking for the year 2016.
