Ahmed Sakhr Hulusi Bseiso , known as Sakhr Bseiso (born in 1944 in Beersheba ) , is a Palestinian engineer and politician . He is a member of the Palestinian National Council, the Palestinian Central Council , the Fatah movement and its Revolutionary Council . [1]

President of the General Union of Palestine Students - Assiut Branch , 1965. [1]
President of the General Union of Palestine Students - Alexandria Branch , 1968. [1]
He represented the Palestine Liberation Organization in Hungary from 1982 to 1985. [1]
On August 13, 1996, he was appointed governor of Khan Yunis Governorate and held the position until 2001. [2]
On October 26, 1999, he was appointed a member of the Board of Trustees of Al-Azhar University in Gaza . [3]
On July 1, 2001, he was appointed Governor of North Gaza Governorate . [4] It continued until February 2005.
On February 24, 2005, he was appointed Minister of Youth and Sports within Ahmed Qurei’s third government and held the position until March 27, 2006. [5]
