Rafi Tawfiq Hussein Rawajba (Abu Basil; born on January 20 , 1962 in Rujib ) is a Palestinian politician with the rank of Major General . He served on January 7, 2014 as Governor of Qalqilya Governorate [2] and continued until his retirement on August 10, 2023. [3]

On August 17, 2023, President Mahmoud Abbas awarded him the Star of Merit from the State of Palestine Medal , and handed it to them during his meeting to honor the governors who were retiring on August 20, 2023. [4]
