The results, which have been successive since the morning hours, showed that a number of students in Palestinian camps and gatherings in Syria achieved high results, despite the living and psychological conditions in which they live, which continue to deteriorate, in addition to exceptional circumstances that added to the study atmosphere more pressure, anxiety, and psychological and nervous tension.

Israa told the Palestinian Refugee Portal: The school year was very difficult, especially since what Syria witnessed this year was added to all the difficult circumstances that students suffer from almost continuous power outages and other conditions. She pointed out that the earthquake that struck the country affected the psychological state of the students and put them in a spiral of thinking, anxiety and obsessions.
Regarding her excellence in light of the circumstances surrounding Palestinian students in Syria, Israa said: “Since the beginning of my studies, the circumstances were not easy. On the contrary, with every step forward, things became more complicated and the obstacles increased, and there was no way to overcome them except to insist on success.” "
Israa, who was first in Syria in basic education, continued that she realized the meaning of excellence since she achieved that excellence, especially since the “Ninth” exams in the year 2020 were under the circumstances imposed by the “Corona” pandemic, but she was able to achieve her dream by supporting the efforts of her teachers in An UNRWA school.
Israa’s excellence in basic education enabled her to obtain a scholarship from the “Al-Awael” Secondary School, which is concerned with outstanding students, and which played a role in her excellence, along with the first supporter, who represented her family, as well as the determination of the Palestinian refugee people in the diaspora, as the Palestinian student expressed. The results revealed that a number of Palestinian students in the camps obtained good and excellent results, such as the student Walid Muhammad Abdo, from Khan Al-Shih camp, who obtained a grade of 1845 out of 1990 in the literary branch.
The student Ziyad Hussein Musa also achieved a score of 2556 out of 2741 in the scientific stream, and he is a resident of Khan Al-Shih camp. While the student, Ayat Samir Marei, obtained a grade of 91.67% in the scientific stream, she is a resident of Sayyida Zeinab camp.
It is worth noting that Palestinian students in Syria achieved high results over the previous examination sessions during the years of war, despite the difficult living and security conditions, and the siege and destruction to which some camps were subjected.
