Muawiya Ali Amin Al-Masry (born February 3 , 1944 in Nablus ) is a Palestinian politician and parliamentarian . He was a member of the first Palestinian Legislative Council between 1996 and 2006, where he ran in the 1996 Palestinian general elections as an independent in the Nablus Governorate district and obtained 28,016 votes. [1]
