Bahgat Ayasi is a Ph.D. student in Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the University of Ujean-Spain from 2023-2026. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Al-Quds University in Jerusalem, Palestine in 1999, and a Master's degree in Computer Science, also from Al-Quds University in Jerusalem, Palestine in 2005. With over 24 years of experience in IT Technical and Management and academic experience as an instructor in higher education institutes in Palestine, he has served as an IT Projects Manager for the last 10 years and as the Head of the Software Engineer unit for many years. He is an experienced professional in different computer programming languages and operating systems, taking the management and technical lead in projects, and supporting technical implementation while working on multiple products.
He works at Arab American University-Palestine (AAUP) as a University President's Assistant for IT Affairs since 2014 and as an IT Projects Manager since 2012, supporting the environment and managing large volumes of Academic critical data. Bahgat Ayasi has managed and participated as a manager and technical in more than 50 hardware and software and infrastructure IT Projects. He is interested in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Research disciplines and has good experience using some tools and packages of Data Science like RapidMiner studio and Weka, with good skills in the Python programming language. He is a committed team player, self-motivated, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
