Sheikh Mustafa Al-Khairi was born in the city of Ramla. I achieved freedom on earth, then I traveled to Egypt, where I found Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and graduated from it with a certificate from Al-Azhar in Sharia sciences and judiciary. Then she returned to the Sunnah and spent the sixth year teaching in educational schools for two years, then he served as head of children for the seventh year.

Sheikh Mustafa Al-Khairi died in late 1950.
