She obtained a master’s degree in public affairs in international development from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Jarrar emphasized: Every step in the field of advanced education is a great benefit to our Palestinian society, and every support for Palestinian students to highlight their abilities and achieve their ambitions is support for the entire community, and in order for us to be able to advance the national economy of our country, we must learn how to develop well-thought-out plans with high efficiency, and this What the Rawabi Fellowship Program helps us achieve.
