Emad Masoud.. When art and excellence come together
After two years of trying in the economic market in light of the extreme high prices, Emad Masoud was forced, after he was studying medicine, then he studied engineering and worked in that specialty for 10 years in computer design, equipment and maintenance. Then he moved to look for a project that would support him abroad, where he became the owner of the Palestinian Emad Masoud. The Braiseruy Herbs restaurant chain has 3 branches in the Canadian city of Toronto, in addition to 9 in Brazil, with a branch in the Emirates and another in Germany expected to open soon.
This matter gave him confidence from many countries, so some Gulf countries and Egypt made offers to open branches there, but he was keen for those branches to provide products with the same quality that we offer in Canada and Germany, so he preferred to wait to open other branches in Arab countries, until he was sure of the These branches will be of the same quality and performance.
Masoud pointed out that most of the restaurant's customers in Canada are local Canadians because they prefer healthy food over others and are attracted by everything new. In contrast, the percentage of Arab customers who visit the restaurant represents about 35%. .
He also benefited from his experience in design, and designed cooking appliances and machines. He also benefited from his grandfather’s experience in mixing flavors and spices, until he has now reached 12 chicken flavors, representing the Arab and Brazilian taste.
In a message to the youth, Masoud concluded his speech by saying that young people should invest their abilities and experience in the field they desire, in addition to the university major they are studying, as this will allow them to know the market and what it needs more.
