The Palestinian creative project “Bracelet of Life” was qualified to compete in innovations and artificial intelligence projects at the GITEX International Exhibition in Dubai.

The project was presented by a student at the Arab American University, Ibrahim Zaid, who works as a safety buddy for swimmers. He uses artificial intelligence to predict drowning cases before they happen by monitoring vital signs.

In the event of an emergency, the bracelet immediately sounds an alarm and sends a warning to the rescuer or the family.
