Khazen Nimr Abboud (1923, Sakhnin - 2004, Ballouneh ) is a Palestinian journalist , poet , and writer . He was born in the city of Sakhnin . He completed his primary studies in Palestine, in the city of Nazareth , then went to Lebanon to complete his secondary and university studies there. He graduated from the American College of Arts in Sidon in the year 1945 , then he worked in journalism , was appointed as a journalist in 1952 , and published a number of poetry collections.

Member of the Lebanese Press Editors Syndicate since 1954.
Member of the Association of Authors, Composers and Music Publishers in Lebanon and Paris.
He served as editorial secretary of Al-Ahad magazine for seven years.
He served as editor-in-chief of Al-Nahda newspaper for two years.
Editor-in-Chief of the weekly magazine “Everything”.
Editor-in-Chief of “Bisat Al-Rih” and “Auroscope” magazines.
Editor of “Call of the Nation” magazine.
