Her passion, her love for work, and her insistence on excellence made her classified as one of the most prominent Palestinian feminist pioneers who have achieved tangible and brilliant achievements. On the other hand, she departed from the traditional and usual view of society and reached the international level after a great journey full of achievements.

After Rozan Al-Khazandar finished her studies in computer programming in Egypt, she went to the Gaza Strip and got a job opportunity at the United Nations Relief Agency for Palestine Refugees, “UNRWA.” Regarding her success story, she says, “After I returned to Gaza, I got a job opportunity at UNRWA, and I had a feeling... I was bored by the daily routine at work, so I started thinking about investing in my hobby in making handicrafts and developing it by merging it with my field of specialization in computer programming.”

She added, "The idea of my project began with making handicrafts for my family and friends, and in 2014 I created an online store under the title 'rozza designs', which currently includes large numbers of followers. In its beginnings, the project was based on bringing a small sewing machine and a computer into my home, and then I began implementing "Designing on the computer and applying it manually on clothes, bags, wall hangings, and other decorative supplies. My project developed, people accepted it very much, and I expanded my services and products, but unfortunately, after the spread of the Corona pandemic, orders began to decrease, so I had to focus on the services that I started in 2016, such as designs, media, advertising, and marketing."

Rozzan Al-Khazandar had to start from the world of online marketing to create the idea on the ground, and after her family supported her, she opened her own company after the Corona pandemic in 2020 under the name “Rozza Designs,” and she said, “The company includes a large team that possesses hobbies and skills such as drawing.” , voice-over, content writing, programming, and my main goal is for each of them to work in the field they prefer after giving them the necessary training,” adding, “In 2016 I was preparing myself to be a trainer on how to create a project and obtain financing, so that I could give the team the necessary training and empower them.” In the labor market, and currently I have become a monitor for some projects in the entire Arab world.”

In the beginning, it was not easy, but her insistence pushed her to the international level. “Women’s work was not widespread in the Gaza Strip, and that was the biggest challenge for me. When I opened the exhibition, many people bet on my loss without me paying attention to them, other than the siege and wars that the Strip is subjected to, but I do not see This is an obstacle to proving oneself and developing the project. A person can prepare an alternative plan to complete his work, and the high prices constitute another challenge, such as raw materials and the Internet.”

She pointed out that despite all the difficulties and challenges she faced, she decided not to stop and give up, but rather confronted and completed her work, noting that “I have a Jordanian website where I publish my designs, and they print them on the products after purchasing them.”

She explained that after the development of her work, she had two production lines. The first line allowed a person the freedom to choose a specific design, while the second line made a share of its profits to attract young people with ideas.

In 2018, Rozan Al-Khazandar announced the idea of a personal initiative for the first time called “Butterflies of Palestine” to enable women to create a source of income to support their families. The initiative passes through four phases lasting five months, or according to each woman’s acceptance and level of response. She explained, “My vision was that there must be a virtual space that brings together Palestinian women from different places in the field of design, by giving special training free of charge to some women, and funding them with a portion of the project.” Money so they can start their projects.”

Rozan Al-Khazandar received the title of Entrepreneurial Woman in 2017 through her participation in the Entrepreneurial Women program, and was chosen to travel to America, pointing out that “I did not previously realize the value of time, but now I am looking for one hour to devote myself to, but I have become organized and put my goals in front of me.” I strive to achieve them, in addition to arranging alternative plans, whether in personal or professional life, in a logical and specific manner.”

And she sent a message to the young girls, in which she said, "If the academic specialization differs inclinations from skill, one must believe in himself, keep pace with the labor market and its requirements, and integrate his educational field with his hobby in order to obtain what he dreams of, even if the circumstances are opposite to the trend. It must be continuity. You deserve to be." In a better world."
