He was born in Jaffa in 1946. He is married to Mrs. Nazi Al-Qubti, an active member of the group. They have two sons and a daughter: Faiq, Faten, and Fares. They work in the Al-Sayegh Group. Mr. Michel Al-Sayegh completed his secondary studies in 1966 from Al-Hussein Secondary College in Amman - Jordan and graduated in 1971 from the University of Jordan with a bachelor’s degree in political science and business administration.
He became a professional in the industry some time before completing his university studies, and his name has been associated with the world of the paint industry since 1969. He is now Chairman of the Sayegh Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Commercial Bank, in addition to owning many real estate properties and contributing to social work.
Al Sayegh Group includes fifteen paint factories spread across 10 Arab, Asian and European countries and many other engineering and chemical industries:
