Born in 1946 in Jaffa, Mr. Michael Sayegh is a distinguished figure in various sectors, with a remarkable track record of leadership and philanthropy. He is married to Mrs. Nazi Al-Kopti and is a proud father of three children – Fa'eq, Faten, and Fares. After completing his secondary education at Al-Hussein College in Amman in 1966, he earned a bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Jordan in 1971.

Mr. Sayegh's leadership extends across multiple industries, notably in the paints sector, alongside real estate, media, and banking. As Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sayegh Group, a multinational conglomerate with investments across the Arab World, Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia, he has steered the company's growth and success. The Sayegh Group encompasses 35 companies and employs over 5000 dedicated individuals, engaging in diverse sectors such as chemical engineering, real estate, banking, and media.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Sayegh serves on the boards of several companies, associations, and clubs, holding positions such as Chairman of the Board for all Sayegh Group entities and Chairman of the Board for Jordan Commercial Bank. He also contributes to various philanthropic endeavors, including serving as Honorary President of the Al Fuheis Orthodox Club and Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian International Institute.

Furthermore, Mr. Sayegh is actively involved in professional associations and societal initiatives, such as the Arab Paint and Coating Producers Association, the Jordan Medical Aid for Palestinians, and the Jordan Society for Scientific Research. He also holds leadership roles in banking institutions and commercial investment corporations, exemplified by his chairmanship of the Arab Company for Paint products (APC) in Palestine and Dimensions Jordan & Emirates for Commercial Investment Corporation in Amman.

His dedication to corporate governance is evident through his roles on the Jordan Commercial Bank Board Committees, where he chairs the Credit Facilities Committee and serves as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee and the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.

Moreover, Mr. Sayegh's commitment to public service is demonstrated by his membership in the Palestine National Council, showcasing his dedication to the advancement of societal welfare and development.
