He stands 1.80 meters tall and has represented the Palestine national team, earning 13 caps and scoring 2 international goals. He made his first international appearance against China on February 22, 2006, and scored his first goal for Palestine against Nepal on March 8, 2012.

Throughout his club career, Al Attal has played for several teams in the region, including Shabab Al-Khaleel, Al Wahdat, Al Jazira, and Islami Kalkelea. He joined Shabab Al-Khaleel on July 1, 2011, after a season with Al Wahdat and several years with Al Jazira.
