The Palestinian national taekwondo player, Omar Hantoli, won the award for the best Arab player in the Arab Cup Championship in its tenth session 2023, which took place in the city of Fujairah, in the United Arab Emirates.
Hantouli, who deserved the award due to the high technical level he presented in all his matches, where he was able to beat classified and highly experienced players to win his first Arab gold in the men’s category after he had won it several times in the junior category.

The best player trophy was handed over to Omar by the President of the International Federation, Dr. Choi and the President of the Arab Federation, Mr. Idris Al-Hilali.

It is noteworthy that Hantoli won two gold medals in Taekwondo in 2022, the first gold in the 9th Sofia International Championship in Bulgaria, and the second gold in the Asian Club Championship in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad.
