Khalil Mattar (born September 19, 1994, in Khanyunis, Palestine) is a professional Palestinian footballer who plays as a left winger for Khadamat Rafah. Standing at 1.73 meters and predominantly right-footed, Mattar is known for his versatility on both wings. He joined Khadamat Rafah on April 18, 2023, after previously playing for clubs including Al-Sadaqa, Shabab Khanyunis, Ittihad Khanyunis, and K. Al-Maghazi.
