Dr. Shadi Khalaf has been practicing medicine since 2002. He is a consultant in gastroenterology and hepatology, and currently works in the gastroenterology department and endoscopy unit at An-Najah National University Hospital. 

He studied general human medicine at Al-Quds University and graduated in 2002. He specialized in internal medicine at Al-Makassed Charitable Hospital, completed his residency in 2007, and specialized in gastroenterology, endoscopy, and hepatology at Hamad General Hospital in 2018.
