Palestinian
student Rabie Mahmoud Abdallah, 23 years old, from El Buss camp, southern
Lebanon, won an excellent grade in his graduation project in the Department of
Business Administration at the Lebanese International University (LIU) in Tyre.
The university administration considered this project the best among the
projects.
The
project is called DIMER, an acronym for the names of its inventor team, which
consists of five students, four of whom are Palestinians, including Rabih.
Rabih
did not get the spotlight on his invention, which is causing a revolution,
according to him, although this idea is the first in the Arab world and has not
been used before in the world, and some local newspapers limited themselves to
mentioning this innovation.
It is
worth noting that Rabih Mahmoud is a Palestinian activist who contributed to
the establishment of a student services office in Al-Buss camp and contributed
to the establishment of an association that covers scholarships for Palestinian
students in Lebanon.
