Nour Taher Mohammed Al-Aqraa is a distinguished academic and administrative professional currently serving as the Acting Director of the Salfit Branch at Al-Quds Open University. He holds the rank of Associate Professor at the Faculty of Administrative and Economic Sciences, specializing in Law and Administrative Sciences. Al-Aqraa earned his Bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership from Al-Quds Open University in 2003. He continued his academic journey by obtaining a Master's degree in Rural Development, focusing on Building Institutions and Developing Human Resources, from Al-Quds University in 2010. In 2015, he completed his PhD in Law and Administrative Sciences from Abdelmalek Essaadi University in Morocco, further enhancing his expertise in these fields.
His career at Al-Quds Open University began in 2004 when he worked as a Personnel Officer and Public Relations Officer. Over the years, he advanced through various roles, including Head of the Personnel Affairs Department from 2005 to 2010, Administrative Assistant from 2011 to 2017, and Academic Assistant from 2017 to 2018. He was appointed Acting Director of the Qalqilya Branch in 2018 and later became the Branch Manager from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, he took on the role of Acting Director of the Salfit Branch, where he continues to contribute to the university’s growth and development.
