Dr. Munther Khamishta: A Spanish doctor of Palestinian origin from the city of Beit Jala. He holds a medical degree from Barcelona and is a professor and consultant in internal and rheumatologic diseases. He serves as the Director of the Lupus Research Center in the UK and is a member of the Steering Committee of the International Council for the Study of Antiphospholipid Antibodies as well as the Steering Committee of the International Advisory Council for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.
