Nicolás Khroufah: A Chilean doctor of Palestinian origin from the city of Beit Jala. He completed his specialization in General Surgery and later specialized in Gastrointestinal Surgery at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He also specialized in Liver Surgery and Transplantation at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in England.
His articles and research have been recognized among the top 20 studies worldwide. He was recently appointed as the new President of the Chilean Society of Surgeons.
