Aref Zalatimo: A Jordanian doctor of Palestinian origin from the city of Jerusalem, holding a doctorate in obstetrics and gynecology from America. He completed the success that his ancestors started in Jerusalem in their most famous sweets shop, "Zalatimo," which began as a simple shop in Khan Al-Zeit in the Old City of Jerusalem in 1860. Now, Zalatimo products have spread to Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Florida, Chicago, and Texas, in addition to a product delivery service to any customer who requests them in the world.
