Jubran Daoud Jubran al-Tawil is a Palestinian politician and diplomat . He was the Ambassador of the Embassy of the State of Palestine to Malta between 2004 and 2017, and the Ambassador to Cyprus between October 18, 2017  until he was relieved of his duties on September 6, 2020 and transferred to the headquarters of the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs .  He was retired on September 12, 2020. 

Medals

On 16 December 2017, he was awarded the National Order of Merit by the President of the Republic of Malta Marie Louise.
