Mufeed Muhammad Musa al-Hasayneh (born on April 18, 1964 in Gaza) is a Palestinian engineer and former minister. He served as Minister of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in Rami Hamdallah's third government. Al-Hasayna holds a Ph.D. in Project Management Engineering, and was previously the Student Union President at New Jersey City University from 1984–1987.
