Sabri Mamdouh Sabri Saidam (born on February 3, 1971 in Damascus) is a Palestinian politician who served as the Palestinian Minister of Education on June 30, 2015, after the first cabinet reshuffle in Rami Hamdallah's third government. Saidam was born in Damascus in 1971, and he is considered the youngest minister in the history of Palestine, as he held the position of Minister of Communications and Information Technology in 2005 at the age of 33. He was appointed Secretary of the Fatah Revolutionary Council.

 

In 2009, he won the Fatah Revolutionary Council elections that were held during the Sixth Fatah Movement Conference in Bethlehem and became a member of it.

 

On August 8, 2022, the Palestinian President reconstituted the Board of Trustees of Al-Istiqlal University, and appointed him as a member.
