Faisal Muhammad al-Sheikh Youssef, whose nom de guerre is Kamal al-Sheikh (born October 23, 1945 in Mazraa al-Qibliyya - died June 25, 2019 in Ramallah) was a Palestinian politician and soldier, and a member of the Fatah movement and its Revolutionary Council. He was the commander of the northern unit in the Golan sector, and later the commander of the September Martyrs Brigade in the Qastal Forces.

He held the position of Director General of Police in the governorates of Bethlehem, Ramallah and Al-Bireh, and Hebron between 1997 and 2001, and in 2006 he was appointed Governor of Nablus Governorate, and later Director General of the Palestinian Police in 2007.

The sheikh won the elections of the Fatah Revolutionary Council in the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Congresses, and he remained a member between 1980 and 2019.
