Adnan Ghaith is a Palestinian politician born in Jerusalem and is a member of the Fatah movement. Since December 31, 2018, he has held the position of governor of Jerusalem Governorate. On December 4, 2016, Ghaith won the elections for the Palestinian Revolutionary Council held during the seventh conference of the Fatah movement, becoming a member and assuming the presidency of the Jerusalem Committee. He is also a member of the Higher Presidential Committee for Church Affairs in Palestine in his official capacity.
