Muhammad Abdullah Saleh Tarshihani is a Palestinian diplomat born in the Gaza Strip . He was the Director General of the Palestinian Ministry of Post and Telecommunications in 1995.  He is also the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Kazakhstan , Albania ,  Uzbekistan ,  Turkmenistan ,  Tajikistan ,  Kyrgyzstan,  and Afghanistan . 

Diplomatic life

In 1993, he was appointed as the Palestinian Ambassador to Kazakhstan and continued until 2005, when he was transferred to hold the position of Palestinian Ambassador to Albania, where he remained until 2010. 

On October 10, 2013, he presented his credentials as Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Uzbekistan .  He continued until 2022. 
On January 21, 2014, he presented his credentials as non-resident Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Turkmenistan .  He continued to serve until 2017.
On March 8, 2014, he presented his credentials as non-resident Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Tajikistan .  He continued until 2020.
On April 23, 2014, he presented his credentials as non-resident Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Kyrgyzstan .  He continued until 2022.
On February 2, 2016, he presented his credentials as the non-resident Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Afghanistan .  He continued until 2022.
