Issam Tawfiq Hassan Musalha is a Palestinian politician and diplomat .

Practical life

On May 3, 2004, he was granted the rank of Director General in the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 
He served as Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Albania between 2010 and 2013. 
In 2013, he was appointed Consul General of the State of Palestine to the Emirate of Dubai .  Later, he assumed the duties of Chargé d'Affairs of the State of Palestine to the Emirates in addition to being Consul General to the Emirate of Dubai.
On March 15, 2015, he presented his credentials as Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the UAE. 
In August 2020, the Palestinian leadership decided to recall him from the UAE due to the UAE-Israel agreement .  On November 18, 2020, it returned him. 
On August 20, 2021, he presented his credentials as Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Romania .
