Khairy Naji Abdul Fattah Al-Aridi (October 15, 1947 in Husan ) is a Palestinian sociologist and diplomat .

Academic achievement

He obtained his high school diploma from Bethlehem Boys Secondary School, and in 1970 he obtained a BA in Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology from Beirut Arab University , then in 1985 he obtained a MA in International Relations from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations , and later in 2001 he obtained a PhD in Political Science from the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs . 

Practical life

In 1986, he was appointed as an advisor to the Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization, Yasser Arafat, on Eastern European affairs .  On July 3, 1995, he was appointed Director General in the Presidential Office,  and later in 1996, he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to Russia, where he remained until 2005, when it was decided to transfer him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to the Emirates, where he remained until 2013. 

Medals

On June 9, 2007, the Russian Federation awarded him the Order of Gorchikov, First Class.
