Luay Mahmoud Taha Issa (born October 30, 1957 in Gaza ) is a Palestinian politician and diplomat . He was the ambassador of the State of Palestine at various times to Mauritania , Algeria , the Sultanate of Oman and Tajikistan .

His life

He was appointed Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Mauritania in 2005,  and served as Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman until 2014.

He was appointed Ambassador to Algeria in 2014. 

He was appointed Ambassador to Tajikistan on April 3, 2020, making him the first Palestinian resident ambassador to Tajikistan.  He continued until the end of his duties in August 2024.
