Ismail Ahmed Mohammed Hassan, whose nom de guerre is Nimer Ismail (born in 1950 in Abu Dis ) , is a Palestinian diplomat . He was the Palestinian ambassador to Bulgaria between 2005 and 2008,  and on March 23, 2009, he assumed his duties as the Palestinian ambassador to North Korea, where he still holds the position.
