Hala Hosni Freiz Odeh , known as Hala Freiz (October 25, 1955 - ) , is a Palestinian diplomat who worked in Palestinian missions to Brazil and the Philippines as an advisor. She also served as Palestine's ambassador to Sweden between 2011 and 2021.

Her life

 Born on October 25, 1955, she has been a diplomat since 1978.
She was appointed as an advisor within the Palestinian mission to Brazil in 1995, and in 2006 she was appointed to the same position within the Palestinian mission to the Philippines.
On 9 September 2011, she presented her credentials as Ambassador of the Palestinian Authority to Sweden , and is the first Palestinian representative to be granted the rank of Ambassador by Sweden to the head of the Palestinian delegation. In 2014, Sweden recognized the State of Palestine, and later on 30 January 2015, she re-presented her credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to Sweden.
