Zuhair Saleh Muhammad Al-Shan (born July 31, 1958 in Tulkarm ) is a Palestinian diplomat and politician who represented Palestine in a number of countries and organizations around the world. He holds a PhD in Business Administration .
His upbringing and education
Zuhair Saleh Muhammad al-Shan was born in the city of Tulkarm, northwest of the West Bank , on July 31 , 1958. He received his school education in Tulkarm schools . The Israeli authorities placed him under administrative detention in Tulkarm prison while he was a high school student, due to his participation in political activities in the city. He obtained a master's degree in business administration from the University of Rajasthan in India , and then in 1990 he obtained a doctorate in business administration from the same university .
