Mohammed Saeed Muhanna: A Palestinian lawyer and judge from the village of Al-Musaymah Al-Kabira in the Gaza district. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree. He worked in the courts of Qatar for several years and held many positions, including Head of the Registry of the Court of Justice and Traffic, Head of the Registry of the Court of Appeal, and Legal Researcher in the Technical Office of the Court of Cassation. He authored several books, including a collection of legal principles and rulings of the Court of Appeal, and also wrote a book about his village entitled (Al-Musaymah Al-Kabira... My Village).
