Diplomat Khaled Ibrahim Ali Baaba’ was born in the Palestinian city of Tulkarm in 1924. After Khaled Baaba’ graduated from the Institute of Law in Palestine, he was appointed as a clerk for the mayor of Tulkarm, then head of the Irbid District Mutasarrifiyya book until 1952; He then left for the United States of America to attend Southwestern University.

In 1957, Khaled Baaba’ became a member of the permanent delegation of the League of Arab States to the United Nations, and head of the research department of the delegation of the League of Arab States to the United Nations during the period from 1957 to 1959, then a member of the permanent delegation of Yemen to the international organization, and also worked as a broadcaster for a news bulletin. The United Nations in the Arabic language from 1958 to 1959.

From 1960 to 1964, he held the position of representative of the League of Arab States to Canada. Baaba had established the Arab League representative office in the Canadian capital, Ottawa, commissioned by the university, and the university assigned him to head the representative office. In 1964, he assumed the position of representative of the League of Arab States to the United States of America, and continued to do so until 1972. At that time, the representative office of the League of Arab States was located in Dallas, Texas. Khaled Baaba then took the position of director of media for the League of Arab States, and an official spokesman for the League.

Ambassador Khaled Baabaa died in Texas on October 1, 2017, and was buried in Denton Cemetery.
