Jamal Abd al-Latif Salih al-Shobaki (born in Idna in 1952) is a Palestinian politician and diplomat and a member of the Fatah movement. He was Minister of Local Government in Mahmoud Abbas's government, and Ahmed Qurei's first and second governments between 2003 and 2005. During Ahmed Qurei's first government, he received the portfolio of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Al-Shobaki was born in the town of Idna in the Hebron Governorate during the period of the Jordanian administration of the West Bank, to a Palestinian family that emigrated from the village of Beit Jibrin (destroyed during the 1948 war) in the Hebron District. He holds a BA in Geography from Beirut Arab University.

Al-Shobaki obtained 24,346 votes in the 1996 Palestinian general elections, and became a representative member of the Hebron Governorate constituency in the first Palestinian Legislative Council.

On March 30, 2003, he was appointed Minister of Local Government in the government of Mahmoud Abbas, which lasted until October 7, 2003. Al-Shobaki continued as Minister of Local Government within Ahmed Qurei's first government, and in Ahmed Qurei's second government until February 24, 2005. He was Minister of Youth and Sports during Ahmed Qurei's government First.

On June 25, 2006, he presented his credentials as the ambassador of the State of Palestine to Saudi Arabia and continued in the position until 2013. Later, between 2014 and 2017, he was the ambassador of the State of Palestine to Egypt and its delegate to the Arab League. In 2009, the sixth congress of Fatah was held in Bethlehem, and it won membership in the Palestinian Revolutionary Council, which lasted until 2017.

On January 26, 2018, he presented his credentials as the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Morocco.
