Ahmed Hashem Ahmed Zughayer (Abu Hashem; born November 5, 1937 in Jerusalem – died January 17, 2018 in Jerusalem) was a Palestinian politician and parliamentarian, who was a member of the first Palestinian Legislative Council between 1996 and 2006, where he ran in the 1996 Palestinian general elections as a representative for the Fatah movement in the Jerusalem governorate district and won 7,613 votes.

He was a member of the Palestinian National Council and the Palestinian Central Council, Chairman of the Agricultural Society in Jericho, Chairman of the Jerusalem Committee of the Palestinian Legislative Council, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jerusalem and Chairman of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Palestin.
