Ibrahim Muhammad Khreisheh (March 26, 1956 in Tulkarm - ) is a Palestinian politician and diplomat. He is Palestine's permanent representative to the United Nations and to all international organizations, and Palestine's ambassador to Switzerland. He held the position of Deputy Palestinian Foreign Minister.

Childhood and educational attainment
Ibrahim Muhammad Mahmoud Khreisha was born in the city of Tulkarm in the West Bank on March 26, 1956. Ibrahim received his education in the schools of his city of Tulkarm, then obtained a medical degree from the University of Belgrade in the Republic of Serbia, and a diploma in international law from the International Center for Human Rights in Strasbourg.

Political life
He was elected in 1990 as Chairman of the General Union of Palestine Students, and took over the presidency of the final status negotiations in the Palestine Liberation Organization in 1995, and in 1997 was elected a member of the Central Council of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Revolutionary Council of Fatah, and in 2003 he became Director-General of the Popular Organizations Department By a decision of Palestinian President Yasser Arafat, then the official of international organizations in the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2004, and in 2005 he became an ambassador in the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs pursuant to a decision issued by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, then he became Deputy Palestinian Minister of  Foreign Affairs (undersecretary) from 2005 until In 2010, and in 2008, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas issued a decision appointing him as the permanent representative of Palestine to the United Nations in Geneva, and as a permanent representative to all international organizations, including the Human Rights Council. President Mahmoud Abbas is included in the formation of the Dialogue Committee with the Vatican City; In order to draft cooperation agreements between the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Vatican, Dr. Khreisheh is a member of the Palestinian Alliance for Peace, and his name has been nominated several times to take over the portfolio of the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a number of Palestinian governments; However, he refused.
