Hanna Issa (July 17, 1957 - July 12, 2021) is a Palestinian politician, who was a member of the Revolutionary Council of the Fatah movement from 2016 until his death, and was the Secretary-General of the Islamic-Christian Committee for the Support of Jerusalem and the Holy Sites.

Hanna Abdullah Issa Helena was born in the village of Ain Arik on July 17, 1957. He holds a professor’s degree from the Institute of International Law in 1994. He was appointed on January 12, 2012 as Secretary-General of the Islamic-Christian Committee for the Support of Jerusalem, by the Council of Presidents The commission, represented by Mufti Muhammad Hussein and Patriarch Michel Sabbah.

Hanna Issa held several positions in the Palestinian National Authority, most notably the Director General of the Palestinian Ministry of Justice, Assistant Undersecretary in the Ministry of Justice, and Assistant Undersecretary for Christian Affairs in the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs. He is also an advisory member of Religions for Peace Worldwide, and was awarded the Order of the Holy Sepulcher.

Hanna Issa died in Ramallah on July 12, 2021 AD corresponding to Dhu al-Hijjah 2, 1442 AH, at the age of 64.
