Ahmed Sakhr Khulusi Bseisu, better known as Sakhr Bseisu (born in 1944 in Beersheba - ) is a Palestinian engineer and politician. He is a member of the Palestinian National Council, the Palestinian Central, and Fatah Movement and its Revolutionary Council.

President of the General Union of Palestinian Students - Alexandria Branch, 1968.
Represented the Palestine Liberation Organization in Hungary in the period 1982-1985.
On August 13, 1996, he was appointed Governor of Khan Yunis Governorate and held the position until 2001.
On October 26, 1999, he was appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees of Al-Azhar University in Gaza.
On July 1, 2001, he was appointed Governor of North Gaza Governorate. It lasted until February 2005.
On February 24, 2005, he was appointed Minister of Youth and Sports in Ahmed Qurei's third government and held the position until March 27, 2006.
