Thousands of Palestinians attended the funeral of the martyr Ahmed Abu Hussein, on April 26, after he arrived in the Gaza Strip from the occupied Palestinian territories in 1948, where he was receiving treatment at the “Israeli” Tel Hashomer Hospital. The funeral procession set off from the Indonesian Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, heading to his family’s home, north of the city of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip, and there the family bid farewell to him, before the funeral procession headed to Al-Awda Mosque and then to Al-Faluja cemetery, where he was buried.
