A Palestinian producer who lived in Egypt and directed several Egyptian cinematic works, including the most famous Egyptian films. He is the father of producer and director Tarek El-Erian. He worked on the film The Emperor [1990], the series Musa bin Nusayr [1983], the series Harvest of Evil [1984], the film The Pasha [1993], and the series The Islamic Conquests [1981].
